you guys trust what you will , but imo an extra three oil changes in cost is alot cheaper than if your wrong the other way .

i change mine every 8k.. when i go stage 3 every 5k and thats with 7L of castrol syntec that costs an arm/leg everytime.. i'd rather have happy turbos then dead ones
