Just bought some new headlights and was looking for some input on whether to buy the european rad support or just modify existing? Has anyone ran into any problems with either way?

I assume you have euro-spec headlights? If you do they fit like a glove with the euro rad support. Puttin the euro rad support in is a bit of a pain in the ass and i had to do quite a bit of trimming around the rad. I know alot of guys are just making brackets to run euro-spec headlights on NA cars.Comment

ya sorry its an mk3 golf. so it really doesnt make a difference whether i use brackets or euro rad? pretty much same thingComment

Brackets are alot easier than replacing the rad support and also cheaper. Do some searching on the vortex, there's quite a few threads on this.Comment
