Um, Why not?

He has you pulled over, might as well do a vehicle safety inspection which they are allowed AND required to do.

It sucks but you know what, Such is life, dont want tickets, dont do illegal ****, case closed, end of arguement.

And one more thing. Yes I have gotten tickets and when I do I'm only mad at myself, or I shrug it off as a TAX because I was just TAXed for having what I consider a luxury worth having on my car that violates the HTA.
