2008 GTi with Climatronic

I just popped into SC and they had an 08 GTi with automatic climate control. I thought that wasn't available in Canada. I tried searching quickly but only found that option was deleted in US...

I've seen it on a red 03ish GTI that was for sale on here.

That Really F'en makes me mad. I wanted that option, but could not get it.

It's odd that they would drop the option in the States and give it to us. Maybe the car was some sort of demo. I might go back today and take some pics.

I've seen it on a red 03ish GTI that was for sale on here.

The MK4 GLX GTI's had climate control I do believe.

correct, i have an MK4 GLX and it has climate control. My car is from the states, though.

08 GTis get climatronic. Base price is higher he said ~ 500 bux more. Interesting...

Well thats cool that the GTI has that now. Eather way i was not going to wait over a year for that option.

I am thinking of getting one. However reading about how much trouble you're having with yours as well as other guys just on this site worries me. I drove the GTi yesterday and loved everything about it otherwise...
