Alright, so I was driving to soccer practice, and when i'm pulling over to the curb to park I hear a loud noise. It sounded like a clunking noise coming from the front drivers side of the vehicle(mk4 Jetta). At first I figure I hit something on the ground but a quick look around killed that thought. So I drive forward slightly and I hear the same noise. I tried taking a quick look in the wheel well but I couldn't see anything visibly wrong.
I let my Jetta sit there for about 1.5hrs while I'm at practice and when I come back to start it up, I hear nothing wrong. On the drive back home, I took it pretty easy (less than 50km, and no more than 2500rpm). I still don't hear anything. So when I park in front of my house I crank the wheel to the left so that I can get a better look inside the wheel well, still see nothing wrong. So I figured I'd take a quick spin around the block maybe go from one side of the street to another figuring it might be something to do with the suspension.
For a split second when I first powered on my Jetta, I hear a slight clunk noise. I continue to take a spin around my block, and haven't heard anything since...
Any ideas what this might be??
Oh, Sorry for any bad punctuation
