    Hey guys,

IM looking at getting into a Jetta next.

I found a 99 Jetta Vr6 for a good price but the only problem is its Maroon. IM just not a fan of this color.. ANy one else think its a decent color? any cheap ways to make a Maroon car look cool?

Haha sorry for the dumb post just wanted to hear some opinions. thanks.

    Re: Jetta Vr6

Color is the least important thing to me, as long as its a stock color. When I got my car I said the only color I wouldn't get it a dark blue car. 1 dark blue corrado later, I'm not dissapointed.

A tastefully modded Jetta looks good no matter what color. Besides, you don't see too many around that are that color.

        Is this a MK3 or MK4?

I personally would not buy a car in a colour I did not like, but if you like it then go for it!

spray it. It might still be cheaper if you found a good deal

If its Maroon I would imagine that its a MK4

Spraying it is never cheaper, especially not in Calgary right now, body shops are so busy, they won't give you good deals.

Have you thought about importing? Us is always a good choice and now that the dollar is almost even its a good reason to go down there and look for a car.
