bringing the car up before it is added to the list is not a loophole. a person i worked with did this with a EVo8 but when the evo8 was added to the list he was blacklisted along with the car and once insurance ran out was unable to renew it. Make sure you do ALL YOUR OWN HOMEWORK before even going down this road. This includes making calls to people at Transportation Canada and getting written documents from them stating you are allowed bringing this vehicle to Canada. Otherwise you are wasting your time and money
