if you are installing the hood yourself you can do it yourself.. on the mk4 on top front end of the engine there are holes through the black plastic and metal thats what we used.. just take a piece of chalk/etc and put in that hole and shut the hood to make the drill spot.. its scary drilling but easy
if your are scared tho get a shop to do it.. make them sign a waiver too lol
