If you're chipped, you should get about 15psi until 5200 rpm or so. Then it falls off gradually to something like 10 at 6500 rpm. You may spike as high as 20psi for about 1 second when you step on it. If you are doing better than that, then you either have other mods to help you out, or you have mad luck. Peter seems to be getting a bit more than this in his car right now... not sure if this is his exhaust, cai, "H" valve or (probably) all three.
If you're not chipped, you probably get something like 10-11 psi throughout the band. I have looked at a LOT of data about this topic.
First of all, we all know we're responding to a 3 month old thread, right?
Second, I don't know a lot about these things (I really should just put that in my sig so I don't have to type it everytime I respond to a semi-technical post), but isn't 14 PSI about what you'd expect from a 1 bar chip? Not that I see a chip in his list of mods. Maybe disabling the DRLs adds boost.
