Ok i just talked to some girl in the USA,, Sylvania

She said that Canadian-Tire is suppose to care them.

If not,, then call Action Products 1800-892-9657

and they will mail them out to us or something along those lines.

I asked her about the spec..

were it being 9007 ,, but the watts are higher and she
said that will not be a problem..

      I'm like UMMMM<, you sure ?

      And she was ??

I do not want to answer whether is possible to get ticket with color bulbs or not. The truth is that there are still many people have those color bulbs on their cars and not getting a ticket yet. Unfortunately some of us might get a ticket or two because of that. But if you think deeper of the product you bought, it might be a very poor quality product.

What bulbs you use when got a ticket? When? OK… Eurolite and at night. Do you ever get a ticket in the day time? Police and us are just regular people, we do have some better stuff to care than look closely to your headlights with the lights off(assumed that you had disable the DRL).

The most popular source for the fellow DUB people is the X1 shop and the X-man said is OK to use because of the regular wattage. You buy a set from them because of regular wattage and stuff look (blue) different. Do you know anything on automotive light bulb? What is good and bad quality? I cannot accept the blueish light output too! Eurolite is just unacceptable to me.

All brands and models mentioned… eurozzzlight, silver-crap and cool-crap are earning no market share in Asia. Except some PIAA because some people still think they are manufacturer, which is not and the bulb life is short. People in Asia buy only good white output color bulbs. The automotive light industry in Asia does follow standards. But they care the most is the actual performance of the bulb itself not standards. In NA, standards comes first then performance.

            To Kor:
There is no such standard halogen light bulb can output white and without the blue coating/blue colored glass globe. Only Xenon burner(or bulb you can call) can output such white color. You are welcome to check out my H7 Philips Xenon on the Passat before my next aggressive upgrade.

The glass is tinted but you can't see it when they are on
I personally believe that when mine are on I can't tell that the bulbs are blue. The light is not tinged blue at all. Perhaps this is a personal thing - anyone who wants to can have a demo and see if you think the light is blueish. However, I was asked by the "authorities" to turn my headlights off so they could take a look at the glass.

Police and us are just regular people, we do have some better stuff to care than look closely to your headlights with the lights off
It is also my FIRM belief that Peter and I were NOT pulled over because they saw our headlights as we were driving. They had nothing better to do than pull us over and find something to ticket us with.

There is no such standard halogen light bulb can output white and without the blue coating/blue colored glass globe.
Yes I was pretty sure that this was true. So, if you don't care about the TINY CHANCE that you might get ticketed, get the bulb you think looks better! If you are choosing a bulb because you think that it won't get you a ticket, you are fooling yourself. They are all blue when you look at the glass. If you have "pure white" lights and a modded car, they can and will just pull you over and check. You can't lie and say they are HIDs because its obvious when you look at the bulb.

I don't care in the least about the tiny possibility of a ticket - it will only happen if the cops are out to harass me. So I keep these bulbs because they look good to me, and I am not spending a fortune for - light bulbs??!! There are plenty of nicer mods....

Lastly - DONT GET HIGHER WATTAGE. Maybe 5 watts higher than stock is ok but don't get carried away. The guy I bought my Jetta from put in some higher watt bulbs and melted his headlight casings. He had them replaced with new ones before I bought it. I have the reciepts. Why take the risk? Especially if you spent cash on e-codes!

But i'm still waiting for CalgaryB5 to respond and see what he can do for price wise
Why not just post all your prices on here so everyone can see?

That is because the VW oem headlight housing is cheaply made.

                    e-codes!
Beware some local cops is going be able to read the beam pattern from e-codes. Non NA standard ticket.

I am not a shop like the X1. Anyone walks in by providing the “Blink…Blink” then deal is made. And I am not the X-men. I only do business with the people sound reasonable.

Reflex1.8T has already told the price. Yes, $80CAD. That Autosave 6000K is new release about a month in JDM.

Anyone wants to know the Eurozzzlite wholesale price then you are welcome to PM me. Haha….
