  • Spotted in Cancun

I was in Cancun last week and spotted this VW model that I had never seen before. I hung around for a bit hoping the owner would show up, but at 35 degrees, the need for another beer was greater than my desire to hear the engine run.

Looks like a new Beetle that had sex with an Elise. Neat looking for a dune buggy though!

Looks like a Meyers Manx and a New Beetle Dune had sex and produced this.

Looks to be too well worn to be a pre production model. My bet is on a one off custom job.

              Re: Spotted in Cancun

You can rent those in cancun for $100 american, I think it was 4 hours you got them for but we choose the 4wd golf carts though because we were aloud to drink while driving them and we could drive on the beach with them they only did like 20km/h but fun. That was at Isla Moharis the island across the bay from Cancun we took a wicked fast passanger boat across for like $20 american to get there. Highly recommended if you go again.
Its time for the wheels !!Finally!!
