To add to the reviews:
I finally installed the energy suspension bogdone bushings last night. It took about an hour. Really easy to do. The difficult part was squeezing the dog bone together to get the stretch pin to catch. So I asked a buddy to turn the bolt while I pushed as hard as I could to get it together. Just go to www.suspension.com. They cost me $30 Cdn including shipping. Great deal. I was going to go with the concept-1 bushings but after shipping and taxes it was going to cost me $70. So I went with the ES bushings which are apparently the same durometer.
Impressions: I will break this up in two parts, because everyone has the same questions.
1. Vibration: The bushings are 70a durameter and that is probably the limit of what you would want to use for comfort and vibration. After the install, I found no vibration in the dash, but there was a little vibration in the steering wheel. Noticeable but definately not annoying. I still have the idle set from the factory and I won't have to raise the idle to 800rpm like some have suggested. As you rev up the engine, I did notice some very slight chassis vibration between 1000-1200 rpm, again noticeable but not harsh. As you engage the clutch there is definately more vibration between the 1200-1800rpm range, but once past this point it is very smooth. But, overall you will know that you have the mounts installed. I am sure that it will soften up over time and they have settled in after 2k. I am someone that is quite picky with dash rattles, exhaust noise, and vibration, and so far this is tolerable and not annoying. The vibration feels exactly the same as my friends RSX-S when you he drives between 5000-8000rpm (which is good).
2. Performance: WOW, what a difference it makes. I can't believe how poor the stock mounts were. It now feels so solid and the shifting is really smooth. When I had the stock bushings and under hard accererations or quick downshifts the engine would jerk and the car felt like there was something loose; as if the tranny is not working in sync with the engine. Also I found myself feathering the clutch when changing gears in WOT to make sure that tranny engaged smoothly. Not anymore......after installing dog-bone bushings everything seems to work together nicely. The tranny and engine now feel tight, just like a Honda tranny.
I only installed the two bushings closest to the chassis and I did not replace the rubber circular one that mounts to the tranny. If you are chipped you definately need these. I will report back in a couple of weeks once they have settled and I have driven some miles. Then I will tell you if the vibration is annoying or has diminushed.

Good reading =) Yeah the motor mounts are a great investment. The only thing is with Auto/Tiptronic you vibrate soo much during idle because the engine is in gear, unless you put it in neutral.
