VW paint warranty

Hey guys, I've been starting to notice that there is a rust spot growing on my drivers side front fender and some paint spots on the rear passenger door. Whats the VW warranty for rust and paint damage? I bought it used like 9 months ago from northland, so it's got certified warranty and such. Just wanted to know if these things are covered.

i was told by norden that basically to claim warrenty there has to be a hole in the body panel because of the rust.... if you cant stick a screwdriver through it.. its not warrenty worthy..

The Volkswagen Certified Pre-Loved limited warranty does not cover:

- Appearance, glass parts or fabric trim
- Damage due to a lack of maintenance, improper use or modifications
Damage due to improper repairs, the installation of equipment, accidents or fire
- Damages caused by the environment

haha! oh man.. thats such a brutal warranty... why not just say there is no warranty?

i have a claim in at the moment. its paint around the edge of the fender too. its a pretty good bubble that is spreading under the paint, and is showing a tiny bit of rust in one spot where the paint has cracked. I have had luck with the paint warrenty twice already, so here's hoping. I had my roof resprayed because the clear coat was pealing, and the inside of the door frame because orange rust drips were coming from under the door latch. I got them to spray around my license plate too. That one surprised me.
