yea no doubt my 580 is enough on my jetta.. plus I didn't want to slave to my payments because honestly i could make the payments on a 5 series, M3 or S4 but didn't want to have them that high plus now my bank roll is huge and I can afford more toys.. i should really spend more money on the car but for now i'm happy with what will get done this friday

Yes the more I see the Toureg the better it gets, I love the wheels on that Caractere one. Everyone is worried about VW trying to make it upscale, but I can tell by watching the Toureg forums on vortex that this is a hit and is going to bring a lot of people over. This vehicle is not cheap but it seems you are getting a great product for the price.

They are cool looking, but I thought the 45 comes with 20s and the 35 18s. Some people will not go for the FX style so the Toureg may appeal to others as it is a bit more traditional and euro

Speaking of dated; while I was in England I couldn't help noticing that the MkIV really is looking like it needs moving on compared to alot of the newer european styles. Seeing them in volumes on the road next to newer models really highlighted the differences.

Well we have to wait till September 11 for the official unveiling of the MKV at the Frankfurt Auto show. They are looking old but not nearly as bad on this side of the pond as over there.

On one hand I do not look forward to the MkV because it really hurts our current cars. On the other hand, I am curious to see the official changes to the new model!

I love the style of the Mk4 though, I don't think that its behind the times at all.

umm Mk5s get fully independant rear suspension and double wishbone up front instead of mac. struts i know that.. perhaps xenon lights but probably not for NA again (gay).. i agree with kris.. the MK4 is an awesome design.. the golf/gti didn't change a whole lot but the jetta got a 500% facelift (no offense to any MK3ers)..
