Hmm I ran on H&R coilovers for a year and a half (they're for sale!)and loved them. Thats lowered around 3 inches. Sure they're harsher than stock - thats what happens when you drastically lower a car on really stiff suspension while driving on roads fit only for third world countries.

Um.. move to anywhere east of Calgary and you'll be begging for Calgary roads.

Calgary has far better roads than anywhere in Manitoba..

I've got kw coilovers, just height adjustable. Ride is excellent, but certainly harsher than stock. Yea, might be a bit harder on the car, but thats the price you pay for better handling. No regrets.
