i use Castrol 5w40,it gets changed every season 4 times a year.
it is synthetic.they put on the bigger oil filter as well.the car is going in today.
i have full maintanece dealership service for this car.

what i don't understand when i talked to the S.M he said if the engine is
plugged up and he notices any wear and tear he will warranty an engine.
but if it's just partailly plugged i have to pay for the flush and now it's in my file and it is now my problem if i don't get it corrected.
it's not about the 10.00$ i'll get it done,why don't they just add 10.00$
to my service and i won't have to comeback and complain.
IS IT TO MUCH TO ASK FOR.F#@# I'AM PISSED OFF WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

A dealership serviced vehicle should not be plugged up, period. Which dealer is this anyway?

Dealership is in Edmonton,my car has been their for several weeks.
i talked to the dealerships in calgary and they said they don't have this problem.majority is Audi.

anybody want to buy a passat...????
or does anybody have an E-mail to V.W besides the 1-800-eat-****,number.
