two of my roommates are leaving at the end of the month and the prospect of getting stuck with 2 international students is not appealing.
Its a full 4 bedroom house, literally a 2 block walk to UofC campus, 1 block walk to foothills hospital. Rooms are rented out individually and are $400/450/mth depending on te room you get (one is larger than the other.
Rooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk and drawers. Heating, power, phone is all included. There is a full washer and dryer along with a heated garage with room for 1 more car ($50 extra to rent). Massive backyard with firepit.
2 bathrooms, massive living room and diningroom, full kitchen with 2 fridges (4 guys eat a clot).
great for a student at UofC or SAIT (train is a 5 minute walk away). im 22, the other guy is like 27 but is never around (he's doing a masters degree at UofC).
Looking for someone who is social, chill to hang out with, likes to party but knows when to keep the noise level down.
If you or anyone you know is interested let me know ASAP. My landlord is looking for people and the two guys he brought round earlier today SUCKED, complete science geeks with no idea of social skills. The last 2 were like that as well and it just makes for shitty living atmosphere when people come home and just go to their rooms.
