New Comp Tower?

So I need to find myself a new computer, and am looking for something fairly decent. Any suggestions? It doesn't have to be fancy, and I only need the tower... but I'm unsure of where to start. I was going to go with mac, but might hold off on that for a while and just stick with PC until I have enough coin to buy a nice MacBook, and an Imac at the same time.

Currently I was just looking at a Dell for around $700

Dell it up. If you call, I heard you can actually negotiate the website prices down a bit, but I have never done this.

Obviously I'm a Mac fan, but I've bought a few Dell's too and I've been very happy with Dell service.

Tomorrow is Black Friday, so many retailers (online and B&M) are going to be having some sales... not as big as the US mind you, but Apple has already stated on the Canada store that they will be having some sales... and Apple never has a sale. Maybe Dell will be the same?
