I got a ticket in BC about a month ago, and I can't seem to find the ticket any more, is there any way I can still pay it?

Call a BC station and have them scan your name/license number i'm guessing.

Not sure if BC tickets count in AB yet (against your record, I heard that was coming into play but that was awhile back) but if they do, you can (and will have to) pay it when you re-register your car (for a nominal fee, of course )

edit: Speaking of tickets, i got a freaking 'failure to produce a valid fare' ticket on the c-train the other day hah..brutal!

            $150

haha well in all honesty, it was about time I got one..I take the train alot now and havent paid once (usually only go a few stops past the free fare zone)

I was gettin off at earlton and the transit pigs got on at vic park..so I was just standing by the other door listenin to some tunes and i got off and walked away all casual like..anyways, some lady stops me and I turn around and the transit cops and gotten off and wanted to see my non-existant ticket

Out of curiosity, if I were to refuse to give them my ID what could they do? They cant restrain you, right? I guess they'd call the cops but the perp would be LONG gone by that time

You're joking right? You just had 1.50 ready in your pocket and they let you off?

only if you get pulled over in BC again... then if its overly outstanding, they could be dinks about it.

ya, and after 7 years i believe you're off the hook so if you dont plan on goin back to BC for awhile...

Side note: The transit pig that gave me a ticket the other day called yesterday and said 'i made a mistake on the ticket so you can go ahead and throw it out, its not valid'

/\ wow. you dont get that everyday. i would say pay the fine. a buddy of mine didn't. couple years later, he got pulled over. there was a warrant out for him. charges were "fraudulantly obtained transportation" (or something like that) and also a "failure to appear in court" for that charge. that goes on his permanent record. at least the cop never took him in, he gave him a summons.
you probably don't like me because someone else said they didn't lol. <3

I had a speeding ticket thrown out in the exact same situation, best day of my life.

Oh and about the "I forgot to buy one" situation, a 14-22 year old would never get away with that.
