Replace and repaint truck, how much?

How much do you guys thing it should cost to replace a truck panel(panel only, could be a used or newpanel), repaint and reinstall on a 2003 Honda Civic?

Basically there's a big dent in it, so the existing trunk lid is useless...

Can you recommend a reliable spot?
