Do you have fogs in your car? I've read that alot of people use fogs as DRL's, which of course this car doesn't have.....he has euro xenon's installed which = no DRL

CDN S4s don't come with fogs!! or xenons!! due to our retarded crash standards its too costly to fix them.. so you can add a HID kit for 500 like me which works awesome as the lights are the same as the US hids just halogen bulbs.. and you can wire in fogs if you like. .the wires are already there you just need to buy the switch/lights/new bumper peices i opted out of that part

Just have it rigged for the inspection to have something come on. Then you can disable it again as soon as it passes. Also check alignment, my BC supra failed for suspension reasons.
