Mail order that ships only to US Addresses

Does anyone know the magic solution for getting mail order stuff from US vendors that only ship to US addresses? I presume somebody somewhere has set up a 'forwarding' business to achieve this. Does the Sweetgrass deal work?

I'll be down in the US in late August, if all else fails you could ship it to my dad's place and I could bring it back.

But the best choice would probably be the sweetgrass option.

I've never used a service like this, but there are a few around. This site seems to compare some of the bigger ones.
