Has anyone heard about Canvas Condos in Millrise? It's a new complex that's going up, but there is barely any information on them yet. Just want to know if anyone knows anything good / bad.

I live in Evergreen Estates area and driving by A&B sound today I was like WTF when I saw the sign. Are they tearing down the A&B and building the condos right there?? -

A&B Sound is moving to Deerfoot and 130ave (just opposite Mckenzie Towne). Should happen around the first of September. Existing A&B Building will be bulldozed and condos put up.
Show suite / sales centre for Canvas opened last Thursday and they were selling the first phase of construction. There were approximately 170ish condos available and they sold about 150 of them on Thursday night. It was pretty crazy.Jeff

That is great about A&B moving to 130th ave, just what I need is more temptation.

the only 'bad' thing is that the C-train wizzes by all the time.

True, but the C-train goes by every 5-15 minutes each way from the wee hours of the morning until the wee hours of the morning.
And if you face east you get a wonderful scenic view of the self-storage lockers and to the NE you have the nissan dealership.

Pretty **** location if you ask me, those london condos are way better off, same with the ones on mcleoud/andersonREAL men use harsh language as self-defense

Their website finally has some info on there and yeah, not too impressed with the entire package.
Also, when I contacted the Sales Office by email to enquire about when their show suite will be open, they emailed me back telling me to be patient. Seemed a little rude, but maybe that's just me.
So in conclusion, Canvas = Canv-ass.2008 Audi RS4
