it was an R&B song from like a year or two ago and the voice in the background was like a chipmunk i guess and it said "we used to... hey, hey...." "we used to... hey, hey. (something) rock it. hey, hey" i think they were canadian. i cant remember who it was or the track name. he was a canadian and it was played on Vibe... only about a year old or so. lol its been in my head for a week.

I copied/pasted your lyrics into google and typed the word LYRICS after it and that's what I found. Sounds right.
