one of my clients is looking for a summer student with some unix skillz...seeing as this site is filled with nerds, I figured I'd post it up!

Located in Calgary and reporting to the Network and Telecom Services Lead, this summer student will work with our lead UNIX systems Administrator to:
- Do Unix file system inventory documentation
- Perform Unix file system maintenance activities
- Review Unix and Windows server logs
- Write Unix OS scripts
- Perform basic UNIX test server configuration tasks
The work is expected to start as soon as possible, is a full time position and will last to the end of August.
This position would be suitable for a computing science student who has finished their second year of a certificate or degree program. A candidate with experience with UNIX or Linux and a scripting language is preferred.
