I hate the off white top half of the jetta interior!!!I want to make the whole interior of my 94 jetta black. Paint the pillars, replace the holy shiz handles and visors or explore colouring methods. Also change the headliner and door panel material. Anybody know what paints, material or who to call for sources?

If you have a sun roof we can trade headliners!

I did this over the summer... went to all black, you can pick up some black bumper paint from C.T. that is a 100% match to stock black. There are lots of posts on vwvortex about this...

        Here is my interior

Fabric is from fabricland, got spray glue from rona.

I painted the plastic bits the same way as Russell mentioned.

        Feel free to ask questions.

Ya, Canadian Tire, look for Dupli-Color Textured Bumper Paint in black. You'll want to get the adhesion promoter to.

Your headliner and pillars look great!! That's exactly what I'm going for on top. So for the holy shiz handles and visors you used the crappy tire paint? Is there anything kind of top coat to apply? any other colours of suede'ish fabric that you came across? Cause I want all black. how much for the fabric?

Ya, I just painted the handles and visors, its fine untill I find actual black ones. Fabric was about $50 and there are many colors to choose from.

Awesome!! Let me know when and where u find some black ones. Do you anything about re-covering seats or any place where I can get some with better side support without being 4 point harness types? And how do your infinity's sound? I'm trying to decide what junk to put in my trunk(JL, PG, Elemental, etc.). I'm running just 2 infinity coax's up front with the stock tweeters still running to cause of the wiring so 4 tweet's and 2 bass isn't ideal, and nothing in the back. I've got JL vr650 comp's sitting in my room looking for a home in my doors but I don't want to put them in til I get the whole system sorted.

I picked up the universal black and primer(adhesion promoter?). I couldn't find any bumper black. Is it the same stuff?

here is a few shots of mine in suede...like i say though i want to take the suede off the pillers but im too lazy to start ripping the interior out again
im sure the paint u got will work fine as long as its meant for plastic.

Looks tight bra! where did u get your seats? I picked up the dupli-color auto type paint I think. Probably the wrong one. Good thing crappy tire is around the corner from me.
