MSN virus!!

hey.. last night i was on msn chatting it up.. and some chick sent me this file that said Is this you?? and then it had a link that went http//: imstuff.net-my email address... so being curious i opend the link and got a virus that slows all my msn actions and disables anyway to enter my received files or any other document relating to msn, and on top of it, it automaticly sends the exact same message to everyone on my msn list but just chaning the msn address at the end of the link.. i dont know how to get rid of this .. has anyone encountered this yet and if so can you please tell me how to get rid of it !!!! thanks

Never trust anything unsolicited on MSN - especially from 'chicks'. They're rife with viruses and disease. Kinda like the girl everyone has a go on in highschool.
