hey guys im sorry this isnt car related

here goes...i sell alot of stuff on ebay and my latest auction was for a Gamecube with 5 games, i sold it to some guy for $100cdn. The guy did not pay me for insurance and told me to ship it using standard delivery. Now he recieved the package but with no game cube inside. Since i did not pay for insurance (because he did not want it) am i out of luck??

Its not about the money its just that i paid for a service and they should give it thier 100%. I just dont want it happening to anyone elses packages.

    any suggestions?
    thanks guys

yeah i guess so its his own fault for not getting insurance...i've got really high positive feedback so he cant point fingers at me...its just that i feel a little bad for the guy.

i'd feel bad too. canada post is usually really good in my experience... accept for one incedent where i ordered an amplifier, and it got shipped in its original box and left on my front step. I pulled up to my house and could read the "alpine v12" from the street.. lucky i got home early i guess. they definatley have their list of i-dont-give-a-fark employees.

Is it possible that he is just claiming it was not in the box and trying to scam you?

            Just a thought
