OMFG, Fark the Police, Seriously....
I think i've set a new record... for number if tickets in one day. Yup, as of 10:30pm PST I recieved my 3rd ticket today!!!
1st Ticket 7:45am: Failing to stop at a red light while making a right hand turn $700
2nd Ticket 1:30pm: Speeding 55mph in a 35mph zone $250
3rd Ticket 10:30pm: Making an illegal u-turn (which, I wasn't. I was just coming out of a steep driveway at an angle to prevent scraping but the cop said it counts as a u-turn. WTF?) Then they proceeded to search the car for "marijuana" LOL $300
So in total, that's one day of driving at a cost of $1250 US freakin' dollars!! Not to mention repurcussions in insurance rates. I'm seriously gonna go NWA on the next cop that comes near me
I love the fact that I live in a city where murders, gang activity, and violence are such an everyday occurrence that it doesn't even make the news each night unless its really gruesome. Yet, law enforcement can still take time out of their day to ensure revenue continues to flow from upstanding citizens. Needless to say, I'll be having my day in court as I refuse to pay the equivelent of a mortgage payment in traffic fines.

The tickets were seperately issued in Encino, Los Angeles, and North Hollywood. 3 different cities in 2 different counties. Sheesh. Makes me wanna take the damn bus from now on.
