I took the day off but we get a day off between Christmas and New years also. I'm sure that was all set up during the hay days of telecomm but i'll take it.JayComment

i got 2x pay for the little time i worked today and i'm salary plus i get a free 1/2 day vacation for future use.

I had the day off... I am salary and refuse to work holidays unless I get 2.5x pay... They did it once and someone in the quebec payroll dept cried because it cost the company too much for me to be there (considering all I did was play WoW all afternoon on the fiber connection). Now my pay is nowhere near Alex's but my company is a bunch of cheapskates.Comment
