You can "attach" the image when you post, but only 1 image per post. If you attach more than 1 they will not be displayed (instead it will make them into links).

Or you can upload the image to an internet site somewhere, then just use the IMAGE button when posting (looks like a little yellow square) and put in the image's web address.
