    Ebay??????????

    Anyone can give me some advice??

    I just won an item(memory card for PSP) on the Ebay. But I didn't notice there a extra $2 for the buyers who are outside of US, and I didn't pay the extra $2. Then the seller paid me back and said "pay me until we notice you, we need to arrange the stock." Now has aready 20 days past. In the past 20 days I email the seller twice ask for when can I pay him, but no response.

    What should I do. Yeah, I won the item at a low price(average $50-70 lower than the other winner). Do the seller think the price is too low for him and he dosen't want to sell it to me?? But I won!

    Should I send a message to Ebay to report this seller?

    Give me some advice.

    Just paypal him the extra $2. If you don't pay the full amount as listed on his site then you are the one in default. It is not his fault you missed it.

      I paid the extra $2 at once after he noticeed me. but he paid me back again and said "pay us when we notice you, we need to arrrange the stock"

          But should I wait for his notice? what about if after I bought another memory card and he told me to pay for this one at someday??

            make sure e-bay knows about it, this guy shouldn't be selling stuff that is not in stock or he does not have. E-bay frowns upon this stuff!
