But seriously because its late I can't sleep I want to know what your favorite flavour of Spitz Sunflower seeds that is if you like them.

I am curently addicted to the dill pickle flavour.

My second flavour is seasoned!

uhh salted and when i do have them i don't even eat them i suck the salt off and spit them out and probably try to eat 5/50

I go rafting every weekend and spitz are the food of choice. I generally only ate seasoned, however I now enjoy Dill Pickel and Pizza also.

I likE Brisk Ice Tea- Nestea leaves a weird taste in my mouth afterwards.

Well this thread has two things I used to really like and can't have anymore after a kidney stone... The spitz have too much salt and the seed itself has too much oxalate... The iced tea is really bad too... :(

Mr. Burns: It was so much fun I think I don't think I could handle so much fun again.

Cordialtea: Well anything low in oxylates and purines and I have to watch sodium as well... I can still have stuff like that but I have to be VERY careful with quantities and ensure that I drink a LOT of water...

Chocolate is one of the worst offenders for oxalate... So no chocolate unless its like once a month or so...
