There is a pizza place just around the corner from The Drum and Monkey and Bamboo. Their pizza is pretty generic hurl, but passable at 2 in the morning.

The story is better than the pizza... One night abouta year ago me and some friends were at the Drum when we decided to go for a snack. We go in to the place and get some pizza and my larger friend shoveled it down pretty quick and wanted to get back to the bar as he was still able to stand.

So good ole Steve goes to the door and gives it a little nudge. Before I could finish the sentence "Steve, it's a PULL door" he had walked through the plate of glass.

Some other dudes shout 'YEAH!', Steve takes a step back through the door says 'Oh F_ck.' Then pulls the door open and runs back to the bar - pizza dude chasing far behind.

We had to hide him in a stall in the girls washroom. Fortunately we knew the bartenders and owners well.

Now, every time he is down there he goes in to the pizza place, waves at the guy and says 'REMEMBER ME!' and the whole game starts again.

My very drunkenness had the opposite effect. I thought the pizza was so good I bought every last slice they had left and staggered out the door. I ended up giving it away on the street like a weird, drunk Robin Hood.
