Well took the Smart to High River on the weekend and it was just fine on the highway. It is a bit suceptable to winds as it is light and not so aerodynamic but was not so bad at all. Crusing at 110-120 is around 2500rpms in 6th so nice and smooth and torque was enough to keep it going uphill without down shifting.

Also filled up my second tank on friday night and got 440kms last tank and put in $16.05 or just about 19Ls so not bad at all (4.27L /100km). The dumptruck driver filling up next to me was quite jealous and so was the other trucker that came by to talk.

Nope Not at all. I find it very entertaining.

BTW I was going to try and come down this week to Visit everyone, and hopefully meet some of you. I am on course for Standard First Aid and CPR C tomorrow and Wednesday, Thursday off, Friday I go do a Med Admin course all required to work in my field.

I'll try and give a heads up before then so maybe we can all get together for coffee or something.

Jeez, I don't have girls checking out my car. Yesterday there was some greasy guy in a BMW conv. who was staring at my wheels. I was freakin' me out!!

Wear shorter skirts. Guys tell me my car's hot all the time, and your car's definitely hotter than mine (until I go wheel shopping...).

Wait. Nix the shorter skirt thing. I just got an image of the moustache and a mini-skirt and I'll see you in 30 days when I'm done an intensive bout of in-patient therapy.

Shorter skirts are never a bad idea, unless you are a double-axe-handle girl, your thighs can be read as braille, or you have a teeny little hair problem.

Pretty tempting stuff IMO

They import japanese K-cars for Canadians and some other cars. I am sure that they are making plenty of money but I can imagine having a lot of fun in such a rare little car.
