All you need to do is look at my rusty grill (which started rusting about a month after I put it on). Unfortunately its still on my car, as I lost my receipt (actually the bodyshop lost it while repaiirng my car), and Concept 1 wouldn't help me out in any way.

But, as the adage goes, you get what you pay for.
why would that be an FK problem?? We have the salt and poor weather, I would imagine lots of other mesh grilles do the same....that to me is not a build quality issue....

Before my FK , I had a Kamei grill for well over a year. The thing looked brand new until the day it died in a car accident. Yes, it is an FK issue.
That doesn't mean that everything FK sells is shite. I paid $1300 for my FK coilovers and they rock.
I think Lots of people here are running FK Springs/Struts, I didn't think they were that bad, I have also heard that they were made by Koni, I'm not too sure. The way I think of it, don't take a good quality part off your car to replace it with something of lesser quality just for the aesthetic aspect.

Yeah, as far as I know FK shocks are made by Koni.

When I had mkIII jetta I had FK angle eyes and badgeless grill, lights were pain in a$$ to install and aligned but beam pattern and light output improved dramatically, I drive a lot on highway in night and got to say I loved it,
Grill fit only ok, but one time got hit with the rock on poked hole in size of loonie - that never happened to any of my stock grill on 2 other Mk III I owned.
Yes, you get what you pay for, FK stuff is ok for the price.
