Husky 165 Piece mechanics set $40 @HD

Hey guys, I just got back from home depot in the NE on memorial & they were blowing out Husky 165 pc. Mechanics tool set with life time warranty for $40. Regular price was listed as $137.

Its got both SAE & Metric in regular & deep socket plus ratchets(1/4 & 3/8 drives), allan wrenches, box end wrenches, torx bits plus all your regular scerwdriver bits. Comes in a black plastic clam shell case.

Pretty sweet deal considering I went there to get only some deep sockets & came out with 2 whole sets.

They had about 20-30 left around 2:00.

Is this deal specific to that location or do you think other HD's would have the same special? If so I will be picking this up on my way home from work.

Not sure. At the NE store they were in the middle of the ailse near the tool rental place.

It was $60 at the Country Hills location.

It came up in the computer at the NE store at $60, but the sign on them said $40, and they said they should be $40 in the system. Anyway, I bought 2, & the guy behind me went & bought 2 also when he saw the price.
