Question: Sending self addressed envelopes

Can I send a self addressed, postage-paid envelope to the US? I can't obviously just use regular stamps since it would be Canadian postage and its going to get shipped back from the US. Does anyone know if I can get a US postage paid envelope or something at the post office?
