dude i came home today from my parents through sundre (1 1/4 hr) north of calgary.. and they got it soooo bad! the entire town got flooded almost! the streets today were all dirty/sandy with debris on them! there was a brand new fastgas (2 years old) that got completely flooded!! they were cleaning it out when i drove through.. and they have a campground that got owned so bad.. there were trailers and 5th wheels on thier sides pushed into trees from all the water!! so psycho! -

Yeah good pics Yuval, hope your place was ok! The water levels were just amazing saturday night I have never seen anything like this from the Erlton/Mission area to Heritage drive under Glenmore being totally underwater, to Lafarge being under water. Just truely amazing and I hope everyone has a safe cleanup.Blair

Ya, some sh**ty driving this weekend, on deerfoot from beddington -> 22x on Friday night...Scary.

Me being the optimist looks at this as a good opertunity to buy some nice cars at the auction soon. Most cars that are submerged like that are writen off, then all they need is drying out and maybe new interior but they run great

I have some pics of the Sundre flood when it was happening on Saturday. Water was running down main street into the GM stealership. I'll try and get some up here in the next couple days.
