I would say a black roof would look good but the way our doors wrap around to the top of the roof I think it wouldn't look good. I still think a black grill would fit the front as the bumper grills are black so it kind of fits in with the front look.

Either get a cf trunk, or dont bother! You make over 50g's a year, you can afford it! jk

I agree with Kris on the stripes on the side of the hood following the lines though, that looks awesome! There are a handful of A4's that have done this..

Ryan has mesh behind the lower center cutout and the small side cutout would look good if he ever gets around to putting mesh there too.

actually the mesh will all go away soon when i put on the fmic i just have to find the right core still.. the mesh collects bugs too much.. and its hard to clean.

I agree with Brent that if you're going to 2 tone it would be nice to paint the Jambs too. But I disagree with it costing a lot. Basically all they need to do is take the doors off and tape off on the inner part of the door, and then they can spray away. Sure there's going to be more labour involved, but considering you'd be potentially respraying half the car i'm not sure it would be substantial.

Oh, I also think that the key to pulling off 2 tone on a newer car is some kind of dividing line between the 2, whether it's rubstrips, or a pinstripe or a painted line I def think you need SOMETHING between the 2 (perfect example is that grey and black car Russell posted).

yea i'd have to rock a line so it'd go BMP/plat grey/reflex silver bottom

                            that would look pretty hot..

Agreed, as there is no straight body line to follow to seperate the two colours so a third colour would be needed. The mk5 jetta has a nice high body line that would be good to seperate two colours as an example.
