  • Mig welder?

    Hi Folks,

Anyone know a mig welder? I need a custom bead done on my A2, but they have to be precise because the job is in a tricky spot. Any advice would be great.

P.S. I enjoyed the meeting last Thur. I will be back next month to buy a membership to the club! Everyone was really nice. Also a request...I would like to see something in here for older watercooleds...A1, A2 mabye an "old school" section? I know it's not late model, but I would like to consider anything not air cooled a newveedub in some respect wouldn't you agree?

    Nice weather.....

    Re: Mig welder?

We've talked about it a lot and the general feeling is that yeah, anything watercooled is fair game, we have a lot of old school Mk1-2-3 fans in the club.

See Bart's fmic thread for welding...

I agree too. Some people might think that this club is only for "NewVeeDubs" only. A small section on Old School watercooled stuff would be cool.
