  • Music Time!

Well the boards are a bit slow today so I thought why not bust out the what have you been listening to lately topic. There are some very diverse interests here and I like hearing what you guys & gals like hearing these days.

As for me lately I guess I am on a bit more of an Indie kick, Ted Leo & the Pharmacists is great, M83, Spoon and Death From Above 1979. Other stuff like the new Theivery Corporation, Swayzak and the new Daft Punk are also getting some heavy play.

Hmm...whatevers in my Ipod, which is mostly mainstream stuff, I don't venture too far off the beaten track, I find it too much effort to try out new music....Although, alot of the new brit stuff is good, Keane, Bloc Party, Interpol,etc...I wasn't too into the new daft punk though.....Alot of Drowning pool, some Rage against the machine (old school), Gavin Degraw......

The new M83 CD is a bit of a disappointment to me, but I love them and am listening to it anyway. Some of the tracks are good but I don't like it as much as the other 2 albums I have.

Also listen to a bit of KEXP (internet radio) and CJSW.

Edit: Is the new Theivery Corporation CD worth it? How does it compare to RMIB?
