Listened to the new 311, not to impressed but have never been that fond of their stuff.
Also listened to the new Pennywise and pretty good for those of you who like punk as they have been rocking out for a longtime and continue to be strong.

Holy crap Pennywise? I might have to check that out, haven't listened to them in probably 8 years!
That reminds me, is Face to Face still around? They were one of my faves.
Face to Face is no longer around I believe their last album was in 2002. However I still feel Dont Turn Away is on of the best punk cds ever I still love it to this day. I say them in concert several times and they always had a great show.

True that Blair. Disconnected still gets pumped in my ride
This week im listening to alot of Longwave, Brand New, Underoath, and Bob Mould
Death Cab for Cutie, The Decemberists, Architecture in Helsinki, and Iron and Wine round things out in the mellow department.
Well I had to bust out some old Face to Face over the weekend after last weeks discussion and it is still great!
However this week my new obsession is Head Automatica. Take the lead singer from Glassjaw (Daryl Palumbo) and add the producer behind the Gorillaz and create a very interesting post punk new wave pop rock mixture that I cannot stop listening too!!!

I have never heard of most of the bands you guys talk about. I guess I'm too mainstream when it comes to tunes. I'm slightly addicted to the song Pon De Replay by Rihanna.
