That seems weird. usually when coolant gets warm it expands. and then the light should go out not on if the coolant was low. mmm. what year and model of VW do you have?
i would feel better enitre injectors. i dont feel comfortable just getting nozzles made by some guy in his basement, lol. besides, the rest of the injector plays an important role in how the fuel is atomized anyway, replacing just nozzles isn't good enough. but thats up to you.
Bart Bart Bart, first off there is no way in hell you can make nozzels in your basement And no one would survive selling on the TDI club by selling crap, plus Kerma is known to be the best in NA in regards to nozzels. Also with a injector clean changing the nozzels is just fine, although you should have them pop tested but almost no one does.

Whenever I see an old lady slip and fall on a wet sidewalk, my first instinct is to laugh. But then I think, what if I was an ant, and she fell on me. Then it wouldn't seem quite so funny.

Kerma nozzles are not made in a basement they are the euorpeon original replacement for the 110 hp or the 151 hp T4 Transport... but I can't remember which one i purchased...have to take a look tonight
whole injectors... pricey
I think Bart is trying to tell you by swapping the nozzles does not make the job complete. The builder should have special equipments to test its functionality afterward.
.216's will only get you like a couple more hp then .205's and wayyyyy more smoke unless you upgrade your turbo.
That's all you'll be seeing... is my smoke
