  • Xmas Shopping

Well since things are a tad slow around here (and I dont play computer games) I thought I would maybe get some Xmas shopping ideas and stuff posted up here. So if you want post up what you want for Xmas and what you are buying your girl or others for the holiday season.

I really only asked for some DVDs to add to my ever growing collection, and some clothes. I really do not have much of an idea what to get my parents or my girl for Xmas?????

    Re: Xmas Shopping

Maybe we need to start an area for non video gamers.

As for xmas gifts, I am am stumped what to get the wife. I am usually pretty good with this sort of stuff but this year I am at a loss for what to get her. I guess I will go to the jewlers & get something there as that always goes over well.

Other than that, my Mom is getting luggage, Dad is getting a new computer from me my siblings.

I gotta hit the malls tonight & get this doen before it gets too crazy.

If anyone is looking for a unique gift, I will put up a post in the for sale area with my butterflies & mounted insects. They are $50 each for NVD folks & I have lots in stock as I have been selling tons in advance of Christmas.

      Re: Xmas Shopping

All I asked for this year is the Seinfeld DVD's, I couldn't think of anything else that I wanted (that wasn't MK1 related). I never ask for clothes becasue I am pretty picky about what I will wear. Gift certificates are okay.

You could get your women a Day-at-the-Spa package or something like that.

For the woman you could go with a nice warm housecoat or a nice watch. Making a christmas list for myself is a pain this year as we got all the household items we need from the wedding and all the items I want would cost a fortune!!

I'm asking for a T.V. from my parents, or a digi-cam... so if anyone has any suggestions about 27" T.V.'s or camera's I'd be glad to hear them. Also, for you camera guys, what's a good small camera? something like a Canon s500?

I have no idea what to get anyone this year..... so shopping may prove to be very interesting

got my wife slippers and some nice pajama-pants (lounge pants) last year. Slippers were the best gift evah. No more cold feet!

                      (this year was diamond earrings...GAG).

I need a few misc tools, but that's about it. I'm having a hard time dreaming stuff up that is realistic

I'm jealous. I would love to go to Europe right now. I'm hoping I can go in 2006 for the World Cup though

I would look at the 27" Toshiba Cinema series (#27Afx54). I have been shopping for a new 36" & will likely go with this series TV
