Hello, everyone! My name is Raleed. I have been a Reverend with the First Nubian Unity Church in Windsor, Ontario for the past 4 years, and I've recently relocated to East St. Louis, Illinois for expansion. I'm not sure exactly how I stumbled across this website, but it seems like a nice place to chat. I was never interested in purchasing a VW, but after driving my fiancee's Pasaat, I was sold on the fact that although they have not been good people historically, the German people could now build a fine automobile.
BMW is German as well. In fact, I believe the symbol was made to honor the German planes that flew in WWII that had the propellers and such.
That's not quite true. I believe BMW began making engine's for planes.... before cars.
You are correct. But the symbol didn't begin until they started making cars. They only started making cars because of the sanctions placed on Germany after WWII, which basically meant there was no need for planes
I find your wisecracks and jibs regarding the Ku Kux Klan, and the implied endorsement of racism and neo-Nazi ideology to be in EXTREMELY POOR TASTE...I sincerely hope you re-think you blase attitudes toward this sensitive subject, re-evaluate your conditioned responses to racial stimulus & retract your wrongdoings by making reparations to all whom you've hurt & offended...
