I think that's an indy/cart/irl car and the plane is an AF-18 Hornet.

F/A-18 Hornet, but close enough

The 'A' in A\F-18 hornet refers to the dual role capabilities of the F-18 as it does take part in attack roles such as bridges, buildings, vehicles etc.. it will also serve as an air superiority fighter as well. The F-18 is part of the demise of the F-4 Phantom.
