hey, i tihnk my car has alot more kilometres on it then urs has, mines got...269173KM, welcome to my 1994 Jetta III GL, 1.9L Turbo Diesel, so fast. and im working on upgrading it to go even faster. can an intercooler go on my Jetta? i wanna know cuz i can get a good one for cheap. so....plz reply

I believe the TD's have a intercooler but I don't know a lot about them. I went right from a 85 diesel to a TDI. I don't think the TD's where 1.9L if I remmeber correctly but it has been awhile since I looked at their specs. As for your milage not bad for that age, I sold my 85 with 290K on it and my 99.5 has 150k for an average of 30k a year and my 2000 has 245k for an average of 54.5k a year so you are close with your average of 26.9k a year
