Grand Am or Prix is my guess. That front intercooler looking thing is actually a cold air intake designed to look like an IC. Just needs some whistle tips!

have you seen some of the CAI's out there for integra's/civics? A big pipe goes down and slightly pokes out the front bumper vent (so it looks like an IC pipe) and then the filter is hidden behind the bumper.
