Buying a digital camera - where?

I'm looking at buying a digital camera, I'm thinking about a canon, because they are small, and thats one of my main criteria. I've also been a fan of their products for a long time in terms of SLR cameras.

Where in town would you look at buying one?

And where online that ships to Canada would you buy one?

I'll also be in Vegas near the end of August so I was thinking I could possibly pick one up there.

Any help would be much appreciated.

My advice Nick. Get it in Vegas, off the strip of course. I picked up my camera stateside and got it for less that 2/3rds the cost of one at Future Shop. Better deals to be had in the U.S. for sure. Just do your research on local stores and shops that carry your camera in LV. Then when you get there, just pick it up. For me, I even called ahead to a shop in Canoga, CA and told them I was coming there. I already had a deal negotiated before I even got on the plane

Don't forget the big 4 sale next month usually good deals there. A camera my buddy bought has just come down to the price he payed for it a year later.
